রবিউল ইসলাম ঝিনাইদহ প্রতিনিধি : ঝিনাইদহের কালীগঞ্জে সার না পেয়ে ডিরার পয়েন্ট ঘেরাও করে বিক্ষোভ করেছে কৃষকরা। পরে কৃষি অফিসের ব্যবস্থাপনায় কৃষকদের মধ্যে সার বিতরণ করা হয়। তবে, এসময় ডিলার শহিদুল ইসলাম সেখানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন না। রোববার সকালে কালীগঞ্জ উপজেলার জামাল ইউনিয়নের দুধরাজপুর গ্রামের ডিলার পয়েন্টে এ ঘটনা ঘটে। শহিদুল ইসলাম উপজেলার জামাল ইউনিয়নের নির্ধারিত ডিলার। তার দাবি তিনি সার কৃষকদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করে দিয়েছেন, এখন আর সার নেই। কৃষকদের দাবি, তাদের রোববার সার দেওয়া হবে বলে ঘোষণা দেন। নির্ধারিত দিনে তার ডিলার পয়েন্টে আসলে জানানো হয় শুক্রবার ও শনিবার সার বিতরণ হয়ে গেছে, আজ আর সার দেওয়া হবে না। এসময় সেখানে উপস্থিত কৃষকরা উত্তেজিত হয়ে ওঠেন। পরে আরো কৃষক আসলে তারা ডিলার পক্ষের লোকজনের সহযোগীতায় গোডাউন খুলে ৬০ বন্তা সার দেখতে পান। কৃষকদের দাবি ডিলার শহিদুল ইসলাম বিভিন্ন মানুষের নাম রেজিষ্টারে তুলে বেশি টাকায় সার বিক্রি করে দিয়েছেন। এদিকে ডিলার শহিদুল ইসলামের চলতি সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে ৬৪ টন সারের বরাদ্দ ছিল। তিনি প্রথম সপ্তাহে ৫৮ টন সার উত্তোলন করেছেন। ৫৮ টন সারে বস্তা হয় প্রায় ১ হাজার ২০০। স্থানীয় গণমাধ্যম কর্মীরা ডিলার পয়েন্টে থাকা সার বিতরণ রেজিষ্টারে দেখতে পান বিতরণকৃত নামের তালিকায় মাত্র ৫ শতাংশ ফোন নাম্বার উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে। তার মধ্যে থেকে ৯ জন কৃষককে ফোন দেওয়া হয়। এরমধ্যে একজন জানায় সে সার পেয়েছে, বাকি ৮ জনের ফোন বন্ধ পাওয়া যায়। ঘটনাস্থলে উপস্থিত উপ-সহকারী কৃষি কর্মকর্তা আরাফাত জামিল জানান, আমরা যে সার আছে তা কৃষকদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করছি। উপজেলা কৃষি অফিসের ব্যবস্থাপনায় আরো সার আনা হচ্ছে যা কৃষকদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করা হবে। এছাড়া আমরা সার বিতরণের রেজিষ্টার পরীক্ষা করছি কোন অনিয়ন হয়েছে কিনা। চলতি আমন ধানের ভরা মৌসুমে চাহিদা মত সার না পেয়ে বিপাকে পড়েছেন কৃষকেরা। ইউরিয়া সারের সাথে টিএসপি ও ডিএপি সারের জন্য কৃষকদের ভোগান্তি চরম পর্যায়ে পৌচেছে। এর আগে ৫ সেপ্টেম্বর সকালে জেলার শৈলকুপার গাড়াগঞ্জ বাজারে সার না পেয়ে সড়ক অবরোধ করে বিক্ষোভ করেন কৃষকরা। এসময় ডিলার সার দিতে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে গাড়াগঞ্জ-শৈলকুপা সড়কে গাছের গুঁড়ি ফেলে সড়ক অবরোধ করেন। সম্প্রতি চাহিদা মত সার না পাওয়ার বিষয়টি সামনে আসলেও জেলা কৃষি বিভাগ ও বাফার গোডাউন কর্তৃপক্ষ বলছে, জেলায় সারের যথেষ্ট মজুদ রয়েছে। প্রতিমাসের চাহিদার বিপরীতে বরাদ্দ ডিলাররা উত্তোলন করছেন। তবে কৃষকদের অভিযোগ, ডিলার পয়েন্টে চাহিদামতো সার মিলছে না কিন্তু বেশি দাম দিলে খোলা বাজারে সারের অভাব নেই। ঝিনাইদহে কালীগঞ্জে অবিস্থত বাফার গোডাউনে ইনচার্জ অহিদুর রহমান, ডিলার শহিদুল ইসলাম চলতি মাসের চাহিদার ৬৪ টনের মধ্যে ৫৮ টন উত্তোলন করেছেন। সারের মজুদ ও বিতরণ সম্পর্কে জানান, ইউরিয়া সারের মজুদ, আমদানি ও বিতরণে কোন রকমের ঘাটনি বা অনিয়ম নেই। কালীগঞ্জের এ সার গোডাউন থেকে ঝিনাইদহ ও চুয়াডাঙ্গা জেলায় ১২৬ ডিলারের মাধ্যমে ইউরিয়া সার বিতরণ করা হয়। সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে চাহিদা রয়েছে ১০ হাজার ৩৭৩ মেট্রিক টন। গেল বছরের একই মাসে ইউরিয়া সারের চাহিদা ছিল ৯ হাজার ৫২১ মেট্রিক টন। অভিযুক্ত ডিলার শহিদুল ইসলাম জানান, আমি যে সার উত্তোলন করেছিলাম তা বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। বিতরণকৃত সারের রেজিষ্টার রয়েছে দেখতে পারেন। চাহিদার থেকে কম সার পাওয়া গেলে আমার কি করার আছে বলে ইল্লেখ করেন। উপজেলা কৃষি কর্মকর্তা মাহবুব আলম রনি জানান, সংবাদ পাওয়ার পর কৃষি কর্মকর্তাদের সেখানে পাঠিয়ে উপস্থিত কৃষকদের মধ্যে সার বিতরণ করা হয়েছে। আরো সার সেখানে পাঠানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হচ্ছে বলেও উল্লেখ করেন তিনি। ঝিনাইদহ জেলা কৃষি সম্প্রসারণ অধিদপ্তরের উপ-পরিচালক মো. কামরুজ্জামান বলেন, সারের কোন ঘাটতি নেই। কিছু মানুষ কৃত্রিমভাবে সারের সংকট তৈরি করার চেষ্টা করছে। আরিফ মোল্ল্যা ঝিনাইদহ ১৩-০৯-২০২৬ ০১৭১১-৯৩১২০৭ Dealer points surrounded after not getting fertilizer in Jhenaidah Fertilizer distribution under the management of the Agriculture Office Rabiul Islam, Kaliganj (Jhenaidah): Hide quoted text Farmers protested by surrounding the dealer point in Kaliganj, Jhenaidah after not receiving fertilizer. Farmers are facing difficulties due to lack of fertilizer as per their demand during the current Aman paddy season. Urea fertilizer is distributed through 126 dealers in Jhenaidah and Chuadanga districts from this fertilizer godown in Kaliganj. The demand in September is 10,373 metric tons. The demand for urea fertilizer in the same month last year was 9,521 metric tons. Accused dealer Shahidul Islam said, "The fertilizer I extracted has been distributed. You can see the register of distributed fertilizer. What should I do if I get less fertilizer than the demand?" Upazila Agriculture Officer Mahbub Alam Rony said that after receiving the news, agriculture officers were sent there and fertilizer was distributed among the farmers present.
